Tri-National Agricultural Accord XV
Welcome!
On behalf of the state of California and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, it is my distinct pleasure to welcome you to the XV Tri-National Agricultural Accord.

This annual gathering brings together secretaries, commissioners, directors, ministers and senior government officials from Canada, Mexico and the United States to better understand the complexities of North American integration that goes far beyond agricultural trade issues. In working together, delegates representing the three nations strive to protect, improve and sustain our most vital agricultural resources and economic viability.

The business agenda includes the bilateral and trilateral working group meetings, an agricultural tour of California's world-renowned Napa Valley, and presentation of the joint communiqué and closing ceremony. The program also includes activities that are sure to be highly enjoyable and interesting for everyone.

Even 150 years after the famous California "Gold Rush," visitors are still discovering gold in Sacramento. In the decades since fortune hunters flocked to the region, Sacramento has grown into the cosmopolitan capital of the nation's largest state. With amenities such as museums, performing arts, fine dining, nightlife, professional sports and great shopping - Sacramento is a city as modern as it is historic!

Location, location, location - Sacramento is situated in the center of Northern California, less than two hours driving time to San Francisco, Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe (and about four hours to Yosemite Valley).

Come join us for the XV Tri-National Agricultural Accord and enjoy your stay here in California's capital.
